Stairs from the lower room, with three single beds, leads up to the separate upper level with an en-suite shower room with shower, basin and toilet. Large living room with dining area. Second living room. Fitted kitchen has electric cooker, refrigerator with separate freezer section, washing machine, dryer. Television, video player, radio, CD and tape player.
UPPER BARN
• Sleeps six in three bedrooms
[two doubles, one twin] all on one level.
One double bedroom has an en-suite shower room with basin and toilet. Second shower room with shower, basin and toilet. Large, fully-furnished living room with a modern fitted kitchen, washing machine, dryer. Television, video player, radio, CD and tape player.
LOWER BARN
• Sleeps three on one level in one bedroom.
Entrance hall - bedroom with double bed. Living room incorporating a single sofa bed and a tiled kitchenette including a sink unit, microwave, refrigerator and gas hob. Shower room with shower, basin, toilet. Television, video player, radio, CD and tape player.
Outside, dining furniture and barbecues are supplied. At the bottom of the filed belonging to the house is the River Dullas which starts as a spring in the hills behind the property. Children seem to find endless pleasure in damming up the river in the shallow areas and exploring its little islands. The recent placing of a spawning ladder in the river has re-introduced salmon. |
